During the COVID-19 restrictions, our Wellness Coach Melani will conduct both online and face-to-face consultations in line with the Government’s official recommendations. You can choose to use Skype or Zoom from the safety of your own home, or alternatively you can communicate over the phone. Wellness Coaching can be particularly useful during a difficult time like now to set up new routines, provide stress management techniques, develop healthful eating patterns and create new movement goals, amongst other things.
Wellness Coaching combines concepts born out of Positive Psychology and Behavioural Change Theories to empower you to identify what you want, why you want it and exactly how to go about achieving it.
Through the support and guidance of our Accredited Wellness Coach, we help you overcome internal resistance to change by using a step by step, structured approach that focuses on taking action, rather than just prescribing action.

A wellness program, sometimes referred to as a wellbeing program encompasses the strategies and efforts implemented by an organisation such as a school, workplace or community organisation to improve the overall health and wellbeing of its members.
Wellness programs generally include advice and resources to increase physical activity, reduce and manage stress, enhance mental health, improve nutrition, prevent disease, aid communication and performance, and reduce risk and/or injury through better design of the direct environment e.g. a workplace.
Wellness programs should be evidence-based and measured against a specific set of objectives. During the COVID-19 restrictions, our Accredited Practising Dietitian Branavie will continue to conduct Nutrition & Dietetics consultations online using Telehealth and Video Conferencing technologies. She is also available to conduct sessions over the phone and will provide you with all the necessary information to continue looking after your health and wellbeing during this critical time. Branavie has the expertise and a range of ideas to manage dietary requirements where food supply is limited, as well as catering for fussy eaters and the chronically ill. Medicare and Private health rebates will continue to apply where applicable, as well as other subsidiary schemes like DVA and NDIS.
